In 2017, Rouge River Capital together with MJS Holdings, a Barrie based consolidator of auto dealerships, along with Explosive Entertainment, bought a majority stake in Centre du Camion Mabo Ltd. Mabo is a Freightliner / Western Star / Manac dealer, and heavy equipment parts and repair shop, in Val D’Or and Rouyn Noranda, Quebec. The company has been in business close to 30 years, has over 40 employees, and is a market leader in Northern Quebec.
