In 2015, Rouge River Capital together with MJS Holdings, a Barrie based consolidator of auto dealerships, bought a majority stake in TMS Truck Centre. TMS is a Freightliner / Western Star dealer, and heavy equipment parts and repair shop in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The company has been in business close to 30 years, has over 40 employees, and is a market leader in Northern Ontario.
